The staging process
Initial Consultation
During our on-site visit, we'll evaluate your space to get a better understanding of your staging needs, discuss your staging budget and take measurements.
Staging Proposal
A staging proposal will be created and sent to you outlining the aesthetic direction for your project. This will include the specific rooms that will be staged, as well as a list of proposed furniture and decor pieces that will be used to bring your vision to life.
Property Staging
An installation crew and designer will stage your property within one to two days using selected pieces from our curated furniture inventory.
Destaging
After you receive an offer and give Doonan Décor 7 business days notice, we will schedule a date for our crew to come in and de-stage your property in the span of one day.
