Owner-Occupied Home Staging

Selling a home can be a challenging and stressful process. Our owner-occupied staging process is designed to help you showcase your home's best features, while still feeling like home and appealing to buyers. We are experienced in decluttering and depersonalizing so properties not only look their best in person, but also photograph their best. We will consult with you on furniture layout, create custom accessory and decoration shopping lists, and advise on paint and color scheme decisions. We understand the importance of creating a cohesive look and feel that appeals to potential buyers.

The staging process

Initial Consultation

During our on-site visit, we'll evaluate your space to get a better understanding of your staging needs, discuss your staging budget and take measurements.

Staging Proposal

A staging proposal will be created and sent to you outlining the aesthetic direction for your project. This will include the specific rooms that will be staged, as well as a list of proposed furniture and décor that will be added and removed.

Property Staging

An installation crew and designer will stage your property within one to two days using selected pieces from our curated furniture inventory.

Destaging

After you receive an offer and give Doonan Décor 7 business days notice, we will schedule a date for our crew to come in and de-stage your property in the span of one day.
